Dia Mirza has expressed that she felt, and continues to feel, discomfort with regard to "Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein."

"I felt uncomfortable when Maddy's character was stalking me," Dia remarked during the interview. "Although Reena (Dia's character) acknowledges it. She confronts him. She has that moment where she sets things straight. What works is that people eventually realize that it's okay because Maddy's character, in the end, embodies strong values, respect, kindness, and good intentions."

She also shared her thoughts on whether Reena made the right choice between Maddy and Sam (Saif Ali Khan) at the end. "What can I say now? Saif was such a good man; I often wondered why she would leave him. This dynamic was portrayed in 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.' It's intriguing how one film presents a certain perspective while another film offers a different one. If there's ever a sequel, it would be fascinating to see where these characters are today," she added.

Regarding her upcoming project, Dia has joined Taapsee Pannu's film "Dhak Dhak." The star-studded cast, including Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi, embarks on a journey of self-discovery on a bike road trip to the hilly landscapes of Ladakh. Dia, in a candid interview, revealed the challenges they faced. "On a typical day, riding can be tough enough. Now, imagine traveling with a crew of 200 people and taking care of them. We encountered various health issues due to the low oxygen levels at a certain point. There were some extraordinary challenges," Dia commented.
