ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan, rejecting the decision of the Sindh authorities, determined to paste to finishing the second phase of local body elections in the province on January 15.

In a selection seen as a boon for the newly united Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and a bane for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Sindh authorities had postponed past due Thursday night time the second one section of the neighborhood government elections in all of the seven districts of Karachi department and the Hyderabad and Dadu districts of the Hyderabad division.

Addressing a press convention after an essential meeting chaired by using Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah at CM House, Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon had stated that the LG polls had been being dispose of in Karachi department, and Hyderabad and Dadu districts in Hyderabad department.
