#JusticeforAmmar: Celebrities vent their anger and sorrow at the heartbreaking demise of the 8-year-old.

Ammar Ibad Farooq, the eight-year-old son of Mian Ibad Farooq, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket holder currently in custody, tragically passed away at a Lahore hospital recently. This heart-wrenching incident has sparked widespread criticism on social media, with many holding the state accountable for the family's plight.

According to Farooq's brother, Ammar had been undergoing treatment for neurological issues in Lahore, although it's uncertain whether his condition existed prior to May 9. He was laid to rest in Lahore, with a significant turnout at his funeral.

Mian Ibad Farooq, Ammar's father, is presently detained and awaiting trial for his alleged involvement in the May 9 attack on Jinnah House. Authorities intercepted an audio message in which he purportedly coordinated the attack with PTI activists. He, along with others, remains in military custody awaiting trial.

Upon learning of Ammar's deteriorating health, his father sent a motivational message to uplift his child's spirits. Following Ammar's passing, the hashtag #JusticeforAmmar gained traction on social media, prompting various celebrities, including Nadia Jamil, Farhan Saeed, and Adnan Siddiqui, to express their condolences and grief.

Jamil tweeted, "Noooooo. Please don't tell me. Oh God, this is too painful. This is just too painful. The angel. My heart is with his parents right now. Ya Allah. Reham. Reham.
