Session begins with only 25 govt and 56 lawmakers of opposition present inside Punjab Assembly

LAHORE: The Punjab Assembly once more bore the brunt of the growing political temperature because the session commenced after a 3-hour-lengthy postpone.

Meanwhile, PTI’s Senior Vice-President Fawad Chaudhry censured his celebration’s dissident provincial lawmaker Momina Waheed for being a “turncoat” for Rs50 million.

“Despite Momina’s departure, we nonetheless have 188 numbers,” he said at some stage in a press conference in Lahore. The former federal minister stated that his party’s participants have become calls from “unknown numbers”.
